New Year, New Decade, Same You!

A good, fresh start is always wonderful, I love this time of year. It is a great time to stop, reevaluate where I am at and re-set my intentions as needed. It is important to have regular check-ins and make sure that you are living your life and it isn’t living you. That requires intentionality, education, and focus.

Setting New Year’s “resolutions” is not a terrible idea, but I prefer the term “Goals.” Maybe it is just semantics, but to be resolute means to be unchanging and life is nothing if it is not ever-changing. Instead, I like to focus on goals; specific things that help me move the ball forward in life, business, finances, and the different things that are important to me. I also allow for changes of life seasons to adjust those goals as-needed in order to stay realistic and positive. 

One of the things that helps me with progress is working smarter, and not harder. This month we are going to be focusing on stretching. There is so much to be said for stretching, and as one of your healthcare professionals, I want to make sure that you are ready to CRUSH your goals for 2020.
