3 Simple Tips for Staying Healthy

Not only do we want to stay on-track with our exercise and mobility, we all just want to stay healthy in general! Here are 3 very simple things we can add in to our every day lives that can help us stay healthy:

1. Drink Water
2. Eat your greens
3. GET SLEEP

These may seem simple and obvious, but they truly can make the difference between you continuously getting sick, and staying healthy.

Sleep is so vital, even when you have a huge to-do list, it is okay to stop and go to bed a littler earlier. In fact, getting that extra sleep will make you far more productive in your waking hours and you may find you are able to accomplish the same amount of work, but feel better while you are doing it. Sleeping is for more than just puppies and babies!
